In short:
"By almost any measure, Bulgaria is the most corrupt country in the 27-member European Union."
Sad, very sad...
And still, as usual, most Bulgarians will say:
"Who are the Americans... or the Europeans... to tell us how corrupt Bulgaria is. As if we don't know that they are the same."
And that will be it. End of story.
